YOGA

As a dancer I was in a constant stress, performance state and had many injuries. It was in 2015, when I started to practice Yoga. At first I did it for the slow exercises, yet slowly it has become not just an exercise for me, but a style of living. Yoga has helped me so much and my life has really changed. It slowed me down and thought me a new way how to relate to my own body as well introduce me to meditation.

And so one day I decided to go further and deeper on this particular path and went to India to study the art of yoga. I wanted to be able to teach and because Yoga comes from India, to me it did not make any sense studying Yoga in Canada from westerns. And because my best friend referred me to an Ashram near Mysore, I was saving money until I could go there.

In 2018 I became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with RYS 200 Yoga Aliance at Eco-Ashram Mysore and Yoga has become not just a practice but a new life philosophy for me.

Since than I have thought in different Yoga studios, all over the world, as well gave some private classes 1:1
